How to Cancel an Appointment in Cloud Appointment Book

In this article, we'll walk you through the process of canceling an appointment, as well as how to view cancellation notes if needed. Follow these easy steps to manage your appointments efficiently.

Steps to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Navigate to the Operations Menu on the top left corner

    • Select Appointments from the menu.
  2. Choose the Appointment

    • Locate and select the appointment you wish to cancel.
  3. Cancel the Appointment

    • Click More the "..." button on the bottom right corner, then select Cancel.
    • You can add a cancellation note for more details.
    • Choose the cancellation reason and press Delete to remove the appointment.

Viewing Cancellation Notes

  1. Access the Customer List

    • Search for the customer in the customer list.
  2. View Appointments

    • Click on the Appointments button.
    • Select whether you want to view Past or Future appointments.
  3. Find the Cancelled Appointment

    • Appointments are grouped by year; select the relevant year to see the cancelled appointment along with its cancellation notes.
