How to Bundle and Unbundle Products
Follow the step-by-step instructions to create packages, bundle products, and unbundle them when needed.
Creating a Product Package
- Add a Package to the Product Screen
- Navigate to the Inventory > Products screen.
- Open a Company by pressing the plus sign.
- Add a Bundle sometimes called a "Package" to an existing Company.
- Select the newly created Package Line and click New..
- Enter the package name (e.g., "Summer Package").
- Set the recommended retail price (RRP).
- Click Done to save changes.
Bundling Individual Products into a Package

Select Items to Include in the Package
- Go to the Inventory > Bundle section on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Select the Products to be Bunded by clicking the plus sign on the first row.
- Select the products for this package. .

Add Products to the Package
- In the next row choose the package you created (e.g., "Summer Package") to save the items into.

- Enter the total quantity of packages you want to create (e.g., 10).
- Click Add and then Done.

Finalize the Bundling
- Click Bundle and confirm by pressing Done.
- The bundled packages will now appear under the "Current" column in your product screen.
Unbundling Products from a Package

- Navigate to the Inventory > Unbundle section.

Select the Package to Unbundle
- Choose the package to unbundle (e.g., "Summer Package").
- Click Add and then select the individual products included in the package.

Adjust Quantities
- Specify the number of items to return (e.g., 10).
- Click Unbundle and confirm by pressing Done.

- Return to the product screen to ensure the package quantity is now zero.
