Accessing Loyalty Reports
- Log In: Open the Smart System Console (console.shortcutssoftware.com) and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Reports:
- Click on the Programs tile.
- Select Reports from the menu.
Overview of Available Reports
The system provides five key loyalty reports, each designed to offer specific insights:

Loyalty Top Percentage Spend Report
- Displays the highest-spending loyalty members within a selected top percentage.
- Key data: Member names and their spending amounts.

- Tracks points converted into rewards for each member.
- Key data: Number of points converted and reward amounts.
