How do I check or set an expiry date on a Series?

Follow the below instruction to learn how to check and set an expiry date on a Series.

  • In your Shortcuts Fusion instance, navigate to Setup > Series.

  • Under the ‘Business’ section, select the Services with the Series you want to check, then look at the value under the ‘Expiry’ column.

  • If you want to set an Expiry, click in the ‘Expiry’ field and set the number of months you would like the Series to expire in, then click ‘Done’.

NOTE: This won’t retroactively change expiry dates on Series you have already sold.

If you have lots of Series that do not have an expiry date and wish to set a date, contact Shortcuts Support via the online form, and we can bulk update prepaid series that do not have an expiry date to a single set date.
