How Clients Use the Loyalty Program in the Mobile App
This guide explains how clients can sign up for your loyalty program and add existing loyalty cards to view their points and rewards balance.
Signing Up for the Loyalty Program

Log In to the App: Clients must log into their app account.

Access Loyalty Features: Select the Loyalty Tile on the home screen.

Choose Membership Status:

New Members: Select Sign Me Up to join the program. Loyalty details will be generated automatically.

Existing Members: Select I'm Already a Member to link an existing loyalty card.

Adding an Existing Loyalty Card

Scan or Enter Barcode: Use the device camera to scan the loyalty barcode or manually input the barcode number.

Secure Verification: Clients will receive a verification code via email or SMS.

Enter Verification Code: Input the code to complete the process and access loyalty details.

View Details: The app displays the program name, points balance, rewards balance, and the last update time.
Managing Multiple Loyalty Cards

Add Additional Cards: Clients can add multiple loyalty cards (e.g., family members’ cards) by selecting the drop-down list and choosing Add Another Card.

Switch Between Cards: Easily switch between cards using the drop-down menu.
Viewing Points and Rewards

Transaction History: Expand the Balance History section to view details on accruals, conversions, and redemptions.
