Hours by Schedule Type Report
The Hours by Schedule Type report provides a detailed breakdown of employee hours for a given date range, categorized by shift type. It includes both scheduled and actual hours (if applicable), as well as break times.
This report is useful for payroll calculations and workforce management.
Key Components
1. Shift Types

The types of shifts assigned to employees within the selected date range.
2. Hours

The total hours worked or spent on a particular shift type, including break times.

If ‘actual’ hours have been entered into the schedule, these will override scheduled hours.
3. Breaks

Employee break times are recorded for each shift type.

Breaks are derived from scheduled break entries and do not include tasks from the Appointment Book.
4. Employee Totals

Displays total work hours and break times for each employee.
5. Total Hours

Displays total work hours and break times for all employees combined.
