Grouping Clients Transactions
Grouping transactions in the Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to manage multiple clients' purchases efficiently in a single transaction. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you group transactions seamlessly:
1. Ensure Clients Are Arrived
- Before grouping transactions, confirm that the clients are marked as "Arrived" in the appointment book. Right-click on the appointment and select Arrived.
2. Select Grouping Option
- In the POS screen go to the pull-down menu at the top of the screen and click on the “Group” button.
3. Add Clients to Group
- Select the gray dots next to each person for grouping.
- Press "Done." This will group their transactions together.
4. Add Additional Services or Products
- To add services or products for each client, click on the pull down menu at the top of the screen.. This will open their individual POS profile.
- You may now add products or services for the individual..
5. View Total for the Group
- Return back the created Group in the pull-down menu to see the updated group total..
6. Complete the Transaction
- Once all items are added, proceed with taking payment by clicking "Finish Sale."
