Grouping Clients Transactions

Grouping transactions in the Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to manage multiple clients' purchases efficiently in a single transaction. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you group transactions seamlessly:

1. Ensure Clients Are Arrived

  • Before grouping transactions, confirm that the clients are marked as "Arrived" in the appointment book. Right-click on the appointment and select Arrived.

2. Select Grouping Option

  • In the POS screen go to the pull-down menu at the top of the screen and click on the “Group” button.

3. Add Clients to Group

  • Select the gray dots next to each person for grouping.
  • Press "Done." This will group their transactions together.

4. Add Additional Services or Products

  • To add services or products for each client, click on the pull down menu at the top of the screen.. This will open their individual POS profile.
  • You may now add products or services for the individual..

5. View Total for the Group

  • Return back the created Group in the pull-down menu to see the updated group total..

6. Complete the Transaction

  • Once all items are added, proceed with taking payment by clicking "Finish Sale."

By following these steps, you can efficiently group client transactions and manage multiple purchases in a streamlined way.
