Future Appointments Report
The Future Appointments Report provides a detailed list of each employee’s upcoming appointments. It includes key details such as the client name, date, time, duration, services, and appointment value.
This report is beneficial for tracking scheduled services and managing employee availability effectively.
Report Features
Employee Section
Each employee’s name is displayed at the top of their individual appointment list. The report is structured so that each employee's appointments begin on a new page, making it easy to review upcoming schedules.
Appointment Details
Each appointment includes the following details:

Date: The scheduled date of the appointment.

Time: The start time of the service.

Duration: The expected service duration, which considers employee level settings.

Service: The category and name of the service booked.

Value: The price of each service, considering any employee-level pricing. The total value of the appointment is also displayed.
Sorting Options
Appointments are listed alphabetically by client last name by default. However, they can be sorted chronologically by selecting the "Sort by Date" option in the miscellaneous report settings.

Summary and Total Value
At the bottom of each employee's appointment list, the total value of their scheduled services is displayed. A grand total for all employees' appointments is available at the end of the report.
Accessing the Report
To generate the Future Appointments Report:

Navigate to Tools > Reports > Employees > Future Appointments.

Adjust sorting preferences if needed.
