Employee Ranking Report

The Employee Ranking report provides insights into your top 10 employees based on their productivity, determined by their sales performance in products and services.

This report helps you analyze employee performance and identify those who excel in key areas.

The report organizes employees into different ranking lists, each based on a specific criterion. For each employee, their ranking and relevant sales figures are displayed, including:

  • Monetary values

  • Sales per hour

  • Average sales per client visit

  • Total sales and number of clients served

This information allows businesses to track employee performance effectively and make data-driven decisions.

Ranking Criteria

The Employee Ranking report categorizes performance based on the following metrics:

1. Average Service Ticket

The average revenue gained from service sales per client visit.

2. Service $ Per Hour

The average revenue generated from service sales per working hour.

3. Service $

Total service sales per employee.

4. Product $

Total product sales per employee.

5. Total $

Total revenue from both services and product sales per employee.

6. Product $ Per Hour

The average revenue gained from product sales per working hour.

7. Guests

The number of clients who received a service (or multiple services) from the employee.

8. Average Ticket

The average total sale (including both products and services) per client visit.

9. Average Product Ticket

The average revenue gained from product sales per client visit.

How to Access the Report

To view the Employee Ranking report in the Shortcuts system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Tools

  2. Select Reports

  3. Click on Employees

  4. Choose Ranking
