Employee Monthly Breakdown Report

The Monthly Breakdown Report provides a detailed analysis of each employee's service statistics over the course of a month. Each employee has a dedicated page that includes key metrics related to their performance.

Employee Breakdown

Each employee's report includes:

  • Service Reporting Categories: Displays the number of clients and corresponding service revenue.

  • Total Retail: Indicates the number of clients who purchased a product.

  • Revenue Breakdown: Includes total amounts for retail, sundry, and service sales.

  • Average Daily Sales: Provides insight into an employee’s daily revenue performance.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to: Tools > Reports > Employees > Monthly Breakdown

Key Metrics

  1. Week Ending: Displays the end date of each week within the month.

  2. Clients: The number of clients served or those who purchased a product.

  3. Revenue Breakdown:

    • Retail ($): Revenue generated from product sales.

    • Sundry ($): Additional revenue from miscellaneous services.

    • Service ($): Revenue generated from provided services.

  4. Total Revenue:

    • Average Daily Sales ($): The employee’s average revenue per day.

    • Total ($): The sum of all revenue streams.
