Edit Visits in the Walk-in Manager

The Walk-In Manager is a powerful tool for managing client bookings efficiently. This guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to update and manage client bookings using its features.

Accessing the Walk-In Manager

  • Navigate to the Walk-In Manager via the navigation panel on the right-hand side.
  • View clients in the Wait List section, the left column.

Editing Client Bookings

To make changes to a booking:

  1. Right-click on the client’s name and select Change/Add Service..

  2. Change or Add Services:

    • To change a service, remove the existing one by clicking the Trash Bin icon in the Selected Services/Series row..
    • To add a service, click the desired option to include it in the booking.
    • Note: Adding or modifying services updates the wait time for other clients in the queue.
  3. Reassign the Employee:

    • Right-click the booking and choose the Change Employee option.
    • Select the desired employee and confirm by clicking Done.

Additional Options

  • Add to Group: Include the client in a group booking.
  • Change Details: Access the client’s profile to update information. If added through the quick feature, the profile might need to be created.
  • Add Notes: Include additional information or special instructions for the client.

  • All changes impact the waitlist, so ensure updates are accurate.
