Deleting an Appointment
There are three simple methods to delete an appointment in Shortcuts. Each method allows you to add a cancellation reason, ensuring proper documentation for tracking and reporting.
Drag and Drop Method
1. Click on the lighter side of the appointment and drag it off the screen in any direction.
2. Choose a cancellation reason and the service will be removed from the appointment book.
Right-Click Method
1. Right-click on the appointment and select "Delete."
2. Enter a cancellation reason in the notes area that appears.
Double-Click Method
1. Double-click the appointment, then select "Delete" on the left-hand side.
2. Provide a reason for the cancellation in the notes section.
Viewing Cancellations
1. Search for the client’s name in the system, and you'll see the number of cancellations recorded.By using any of these methods, you can efficiently manage appointment cancellations and keep accurate records for client interactions.
