Creating a Basic Promotion: A Step-by-Step Guide

Promotions are an excellent tool to boost sales, reward clients, and enhance customer engagement. This guide provides a simple, step-by-step process to create a basic promotion within your service setup.

Step 1: Access the Service Setup Screen

  1. Navigate to the Setup menu.

  2. Select Services to open the service setup screen.


Step 2: Select a Service or Category

  • Choose either a service category (e.g., Facials) or a specific service line (e.g., Cleansing Facial).

  • Click on the Promotions option.


Step 3: Create a New Promotion

  1. Click New to start creating a new promotion.

  2. Fill in the following details:

    • Promotion Name: Provide a descriptive name (e.g., "Clean 20 Percent").

    • Description: Clearly explain the promotion for point-of-sale display (e.g., "20% Off Facials").


Step 4: Define Promotion Benefits

  • Choose the type of discount:
