Create Appointments for New Customers in Shortcuts Cloud

This guide outlines the steps to efficiently schedule an appointment for a new customer using the  Cloud appointment system. 

1. Select the Appointment Date

  • Go to the Menu on the top left corner and select Appointments.
  • Choose the desired date from the appointment book:
    • Use the calendar option for a specific date.
    • Use the quick navigation buttons at the bottom to move between dates.

2. Choose an Appointment Time

  • Select a time slot within the relevant employee's column.
  • Click the New customer button at the bottom of the screen to begin creating the appointment.

3. Enter Customer Details

  • Fill in all mandatory fields (marked in red) with the customer's details.
  • Click Done to continue.
  • Review the customer details, and enter any appointment notes or alert messages if needed.

4. Select Services

  • Choose the appropriate service category and select the relevant service.
  • If the client has requested a specific employee, check the request box for that employee.
  • After selecting services, click Next to proceed.

5. Finalize the Appointment

  • You can choose an appointment tag from the available list.
  • Press Done to complete the booking process.
