Create Appointments for New Customers in Shortcuts Cloud
This guide outlines the steps to efficiently schedule an appointment for a new customer using the Cloud appointment system.
1. Select the Appointment Date
- Go to the Menu on the top left corner and select Appointments.
- Choose the desired date from the appointment book:
- Use the calendar option for a specific date.
- Use the quick navigation buttons at the bottom to move between dates.
2. Choose an Appointment Time
- Select a time slot within the relevant employee's column.
- Click the New customer button at the bottom of the screen to begin creating the appointment.
3. Enter Customer Details
- Fill in all mandatory fields (marked in red) with the customer's details.
- Click Done to continue.
- Review the customer details, and enter any appointment notes or alert messages if needed.
4. Select Services
- Choose the appropriate service category and select the relevant service.
- If the client has requested a specific employee, check the request box for that employee.
- After selecting services, click Next to proceed.
5. Finalize the Appointment
- You can choose an appointment tag from the available list.
