Create an Appointment for New & Existing Client

This guide provides an easy-to-follow process for scheduling an appointment with clients. Whether you're booking a new or returning customer, the steps are simple and flexible.

Select the Appointment:

       1. Choose a Date
  • Clicking on the day you want to schedule, either today or a future date.
  • Navigate to the Week View: Click on "week" to view the week's schedule. Right-click to skip forward by 2, 4, or 6 days.
  • Calendar Selection: Alternatively, use the calendar at the top left to pick a specific date.

     2. Book the Appointment

  • Select the Time: Choose the desired time for the appointment (e.g., 10:00 AM).
  • Assign the Appointment: Choose the staff member (e.g., James) handling the appointment.

     3. Client Information

  • Search for Existing Client: If the client has been seen before, search for their name.
  • Add a New Client: If the client is new, you can enter their details and create a new profile.

     4. Choose Appointment Tags

  • Tag Selection: Choose relevant tags for the appointment, such as "new customer," "request".

     5. Select the Service

  • Service Choice: Pick the appropriate service for the appointment (e.g., facial).
  • Select multiple services if required.

    6. Confirm the Appointment

  • Review and Confirm: Once all details are entered, press "done" to finalise the booking.
  • Optional Cancellation: If you decide not to proceed, you can click the "X" to cancel the process.

Final Notes

  • Once the appointment is booked, the system will display a request indicator ("R") for easy tracking.

By following these steps, you can efficiently book and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth process for both staff and clients.
