Configuring Visual Branding for Online Bookings

This guide outlines the steps to configure your visual branding for online bookings.

Step 1: Access Your Settings

  1. Log in to your console at console.shortcutsoftware.com.

  2. Navigate to the Company Settings tile.


Step 2: Update Your Visual Branding

1. Upload Your Logo

  • Go to the Visual Branding Options section.

  • Upload your company logo.

  • Recommended Size: 100 x 100 pixels (square).

  • Ensure it contrasts well with a light background.

  • Click Choose File, upload the image, and select Upload Image.

2. Set Your Feature Image

  • Upload an image to highlight your brand.

  • Recommended Size: 600 x 300 pixels.

  • Ensure it contrasts well with a light background.

  • Click Choose File and upload the image.

3. Choose Your Highlight Color

  • Select a color aligned with your branding.

  • Ensure the color contrasts well with white.

  • Enter the HEX code or select a color from the palette.

  • Click Save to preview the color on your online booking page.

4. Add a Background Image

  • Upload a landscape image or a solid block color.

  • Click Choose File and upload the image.


Step 3: Add Important Information Text

  • Include text displayed during the booking process.

  • Suggestions for content:

    • Cancellation policies.

    • Pre-arrival instructions.

    • Promotions or special offers.

    • Guides (e.g., hair length recommendations).

  • Update this text and click Save.


Step 4: Customize Multi-Site Branding

For businesses with multiple locations:

  1. Go to Online Booking Settings.

  2. Select each site from the list on the right.

  3. Customize the following for each location:

    • Feature Image.

    • Important Information Text.

  4. Click Save after editing each location.


Step 5: Review Your Changes

  1. Visit your online booking page.

  2. Verify the updates for each location.

  3. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
