Configuring Site Settings in Shortcuts Console
Set up your site settings across platforms like My Local Salon and your mobile app.
Accessing the Site Settings
- Log In: Open Shortcuts and log in.
- Navigate: Click on the Site Settings tile on the right-hand side.
- Select Site: Choose the specific site you wish to configure.
Setting Up Site Details
Add a Logo
- Click the Choose File button to upload your logo.
- Select your image and press Upload Image.
Activate the Site
- Ensure the Active box is ticked to make the site visible to your clients.
Site Information
- Name: Enter the name of the site as you’d like it displayed.
- Short Description: Write a brief description for display on My Local Salon and the app.
- Full Description: Add a more detailed description to provide clients with additional information.
Contact Information
- Email Addresses:
- Contact Email: General inquiries.
- Booking Email: For manual appointment requests (if enabled).
- Phone Numbers:
- Primary contact number.
- Optional secondary number or fax number.
Location Details
- Enter the full address of the site.
Business Hours
- Business hours are automatically copied from your main account. Verify they are accurate.
Retail Brands
- Select the primary retail brands offered at this site.
- Optionally, add additional brands for display.
Saving Your Configuration
Once all details are entered:
- Review your entries for accuracy.
- Click Save to finalize the setup.
