Configuring Company Settings in the Console
This guide explains how to configure your company settings in the Console. These settings enable you to customize your business's online presence, manage site synchronization, and optimize the client booking experience.
Accessing the Company Settings Page
- Log In: Access the Console and click on the Company Settings tile.
Key Features and Steps for Configuration
1. Business Details and Branding
- Upload Company Logo: Click Choose File, select your image, and press Upload Image and press Save..
- Set Company Name: Enter your official company name.
- Display Name (Optional): Specify a display name if it differs from the company name.
- Upload Feature Image (Optional): The image used alongside the business details in Online Booking and App. This can be changed per location within the Site Settings page.
2. Theme and URL Customization
- Book Me URL: Input the unique URL clients will use for online booking.
- Set Background Image (Optional). The background image for your hosted Online Booking website.
- Set up Widget (Optional) View our online Setup Guide to find instructions on how to install the widget into your website.
3. Google Integration
- Google Analytics and Adwords: Enter the required details in the Google Global Settings section to enable tracking and marketing analytics.
4. Localization Settings
- Restrict Client Searches: Tick the box to limit client searches to a specific site for self-check-in.
- Default Language: Select a primary language for your Book Me page.
- Add Additional Languages: Click Add Language and choose from the drop-down menu. Clients can select these options during booking.
5. Offline Alerts
- Enable Alerts: Tick Enable Offline Alerts to receive email notifications if a site goes offline.
- Set Time Interval: Specify the time a site must be offline before an alert is sent.
6. Global Page Content Customization
- Edit Text Fields: Adjust the default text in fields to suit your business. Use merge fields to automatically populate client and site-specific details.
- Manual Request Message: Customize the message shown when no available booking times are found.
7. Site Synchronization Report
- Access the Report: Click Site Sync Status to view synchronization details.
- Monitor Site Status:
- View the date and time of the last synchronization, data extraction, and disconnection.
- Check download records to ensure files are syncing properly.
- Highlighted alerts (in red) indicate sites requiring reconnection.
8. Saving Changes
- After completing your configurations, press Save to apply the updates.
