This guide explains how to add and manage photos in a client's history. Follow these step-by-step instructions to enhance record-keeping and provide better service
Adding a Photo to a Client’s History

Locate the Client and Access Their History
- Search for the client in your system.
- Navigate to their history to manage their records.

Select the Relevant Service
- Identify the service you want to associate with the photo (e.g., "Facials").
- Right-click on the service and choose Photo Record.

Upload the Photo
- Click the plus (+) picture icon.
- Select and upload the desired photo from your files.
- The photo will now appear in the record.

Correcting Mistakes
- If you upload the wrong photo, select it, hit Delete, and upload the correct one.

Add Notes to the Photo
- Click on the uploaded photo.
- Enter your message or notes in the designated field.
- Click Done to save the changes.
Viewing and Comparing Photos

Access Photo History
- Right-click and select Photo History from the client’s record.
- Specify a date range to filter photos.

View and Compare Photos
- Select one or multiple photos to enlarge them.
- Use the View option to compare photos side by side.
