Client Photo History

This guide explains how to add and manage photos in a client's history. Follow these step-by-step instructions to enhance record-keeping and provide better service

Adding a Photo to a Client’s History

  1. Locate the Client and Access Their History

    • Search for the client in your system.
    • Navigate to their history to manage their records.
  2. Select the Relevant Service

    • Identify the service you want to associate with the photo (e.g., "Facials").
    • Right-click on the service and choose Photo Record.
  3. Upload the Photo

    • Click the plus (+) picture icon.
    • Select and upload the desired photo from your files.
    • The photo will now appear in the record.
  4. Correcting Mistakes

    • If you upload the wrong photo, select it, hit Delete, and upload the correct one.
  5. Add Notes to the Photo

    • Click on the uploaded photo.
    • Enter your message or notes in the designated field.
    • Click Done to save the changes.

Viewing and Comparing Photos

  1. Access Photo History

    • Right-click and select Photo History from the client’s record.
    • Specify a date range to filter photos.
  2. View and Compare Photos

    • Select one or multiple photos to enlarge them.
    • Use the View option to compare photos side by side.
