Client Arrivals Report
The Client Arrivals report provides a list of all upcoming appointments scheduled for the day. This report includes clients who have appointments but have not yet checked out. Appointments are listed in order of their scheduled start time, from earliest to latest.
How to Access
Navigate to: Tools > Reports > Appointments > Client Arrivals
Report Details
The Client Arrivals report displays the following information for each appointment:
Client

The name of the client with a scheduled appointment.
Start Time
-
The exact time the service is scheduled to begin.
Services
-
The specific services that are booked for the appointment.
Duration
-
The total duration of the booked service(s) and appointment.
Employee
-
The name of the employee assigned to the service.
Appointment Notes
-
Any notes associated with the appointment that were added in the Appointment Book.
Status
-
The current status of the appointment (e.g., scheduled, arrived, checked in, etc.).
Resource
-
Any allocated resources required for the appointment (e.g., room, equipment, etc.).
