Changing an Appointment Status

You can easily update the status of an appointment using different options available in Shortcuts. Below is a summary of the key actions you can take.

Right-click Options:

  • Change Appointment Status: Right-click on the appointment to update its status.
    • Confirmed Choose this option if the customer has confirmed they will be arriving.
    • Arrived: Mark the appointment as "Arrived." when the customer arrives.
    • No Show: Select this option if the customer did not attend.
    • Delete Appointment: Remove the appointment from the system.
    • Undo Arrival: Revert the appointment from the "Arrived" status.

Left-click Options:

  • Access Appointment Details: If the Touch-Tip is enabled then Left-click on the appointment to open detailed options.
    • Checkout: Process payments through the checkout option.
    • No Show: Mark as "No Show" directly from here.

By using these features, you can efficiently manage appointment statuses and ensure smooth tracking of customer interactions.
