Canceled Appointments Report

The Canceled Appointments Report provides a comprehensive view of client appointment history, including cancellations and no-shows.

This report enables businesses to analyze booking accuracy and cancellation patterns, which can help develop strategies for improved appointment scheduling and booking confirmations.

Report Details

Appointment Information

  • Appointment Date: The scheduled date and time of the appointment.

  • Employee: The staff member assigned to the appointment.

  • Status: The final status of the appointment (e.g., client cancellation, no-show, deleted, rescheduled). If a reason for cancellation was provided, it will also be displayed.

Client Appointment History

  • Total Appointments: The total number of appointments booked for the client within the specified date range.

  • Shows: The number of times the client attended their appointments, displayed as both a count and percentage of their total appointments.

  • No-Shows: The number of times the client failed to attend their appointments, displayed as both a count and percentage.

  • Canceled Appointments: The number of appointments the client canceled, displayed as both a count and percentage.

  • Deleted Appointments: The number of appointments that were removed, displayed as both a count and percentage.

Cancellation Log

  • Log Date & Time: The date and time when the appointment was canceled in the system.

  • Log Employee: The staff member who processed the cancellation.

How to Access the Report

Navigate to: Tools > Reports > Clients > Canceled Appointments

This report allows businesses to track appointment trends, identify clients with frequent cancellations or no-shows, and improve scheduling efficiency by implementing appropriate follow-up or confirmation strategies.
