Adjusting Payment Types in Transactions

Sometimes, a transaction may be recorded with the wrong payment type in the Point of Sale (POS) system. This guide explains how to quickly and accurately update the payment type for a recorded transaction.

Follow these steps to modify the payment method:

  1. Access the Transactions Menu

    • Open the Point of Sale window.

    • Click the Transactions button located at the bottom left corner.

  2. Locate the Transaction

    • Find the specific transaction requiring an update.

    • Example: A visit by "David" recorded as a cash payment instead of a credit card.

  3. Edit Payment Details

    • Select the transaction and click Edit Payment.

  4. Remove Incorrect Payment Method
