Adding notes in the Walk-in Manager

Adding and managing notes for walk-in visits is straightforward and helps ensure clear communication and record-keeping for specific visits. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Adding a Note to a Walk-In Visit

  1. Locate the Client:

    • Navigate to the client whose visit you want to add a note to.
    • Right-click on the client's entry and select Notes.
  2. Select the Service:

    • Choose the specific service for which you want to add a note.
    • Notes are tied to that particular service for the specified visit.
  3. Enter the Note:

    • Type the note into the designated field.
    • The note will appear in yellow, clearly visible for reference.

Note: These notes are visit-specific and will not be saved to the client's customer card. They apply only to the service for that day.


Viewing and Deleting Notes

  • To View a Note:

    • Right-click on the client entry, select Notes, and the note will be displayed.
  • To Delete a Note:

    • Select the specific note and press the Delete button.
