Accessing Client History, Visit Notes, and Transaction Details in Shortcuts Cloud

In this guide, we'll walk you through how to efficiently access a client's history, visit notes, and transaction details. 

How to Access Client History

  1. Through the Operations Menu:

    • Navigate to the Operations menu.
    • Select Customers and search for the client.
    • Click on the client's name and then select the History button.
  2. Through a Booked Appointment:

    • Open the client’s Booked Appointment.
    • Click More and select Customer History.

Once accessed, you can view the client’s history and any previous visit notes.

Viewing and Entering Visit Notes

  • Viewing History and Notes:

    • Client history is displayed from newest to oldest.
    • Select the date on the left to view specific history and visit notes.
  • Entering New Visit Notes:

    • Click the pencil icon to add new notes.
    • Enter your notes in the box and click the check icon to save.

Viewing Transaction Details

  • Transaction Breakdown:
    • Navigate to the Transaction tab.
    • View details such as:
      • Items sold
      • Employees involved in the transaction
      • Pricing and applied discounts
      • Payment types used
