How to Access Client History

Through the Operations Menu:
- Navigate to the Operations menu.
- Select Customers and search for the client.
- Click on the client's name and then select the History button.

Through a Booked Appointment:
- Open the client’s Booked Appointment.
- Click More and select Customer History.
Once accessed, you can view the client’s history and any previous visit notes.
Viewing and Entering Visit Notes

- Client history is displayed from newest to oldest.
- Select the date on the left to view specific history and visit notes.

- Click the pencil icon to add new notes.
