Understand appointment statuses

Learn about the different statuses in your Appointment Book.

Booked (Green)

  • Indicates that the client's appointment has been booked but not yet confirmed.
  • Can be manually changed to "Confirmed" or "Arrived."

Confirmed (Lighter Green)

  • Indicates that the client has confirmed their appointment, either manually or automatically through SMS confirmation.
  • Can be manually changed to "Arrived" or "No-show."

Arrived (Blue)

  • Indicates that the client has arrived for their appointment.
  • Can be manually changed to "Checkout" or "No-show."

No-show (Red)

  • Indicates that the client did not show up for their appointment.
  • Can be manually changed back to a previous status if selected accidentally.

Awaiting Review (Bright Yellow)

  • Typically used for appointments made through online bookings that need manual review.
  • Can also be used to highlight appointments for further action or follow-up.
  • Can be manually changed back to "Booked" after review.

Attention Required (Orange)

  • Indicates something about an appointment needs your attention (e.g. the employee selected is not able to perform the service selected, or appointments overlap).

  • Open the touch tip to learn more about this issue. The reason will be displayed below the service.

  • If the status is ‘Employee incapable’, you may want to consider rebooking this appointment under another employee that is capable of performing this service.

  • To rebook an appointment with an employee capable of performing this service, select the orange employee name.

  • You will be shown a list of other employees. Select one who is able to perform the service.
  • The employee performing the service will be updated. Select “Done” to save the service.
