Set up Point of Sale, tips and receipts
Here you can configure additional options that display at your Point of Sale (POS).
ℹ️ This feature is available in the Pro and Grow plan.
- From the Menu navigate to Business Settings then POS setup.
- Select the pencil icon or orange text to edit any settings.
Edit General settings
- Set preferences for displaying the client rebook prompt and whether you should automatically return to the Appointment Book after a sale.
Configure receipt setup
- Set up a custom receipt message if required. You can select the “Insert field” dropdown for various personalisation fields to include in your message, such as Customer Name.
- Decide whether to print, email, or allow no receipts.
Set up tips
- Set whether to allow tips, whether tips are allocated to an employee, and whether card payments should prompt for tips.
- You can also define the percentage or dollar value for tip limits.
