Key Reports overview

Learn about the most important reports in Shortcuts Aire and how they help your business.

ℹ️ Reports are available in the Pro plan.

Dashboard report

  • From the Menu select Dashboard.

This report offers a comprehensive snapshot of your business's health.

  • You can select a date range, site, and employee to customise your view.
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) provide essential business metrics at a glance.
  • Visual statistics, such as sales breakdown and client demographics, are presented in graphs and charts.

Accessing other types of Reports

  • From the Menu select Reports.
  • Here you’ll be able to choose from several different types of reports.

Trading summary report

This report serves as an accounting tool.

  • Here you can view:
    • Sales Overview: View the breakdown of sales between services and retail, including quantities, totals, and percentages.
    • Ticket Averages: Analyze the total tickets and their averages, distinguishing between services and products.
    • Payment Types: Explore the performance of different payment methods.
    • Customer Insights: Understand customer demographics, including new vs. returning clients and gender distribution.
    • Refunds: Monitor any retail refunds processed.
  • You can select the date range by clicking on the calendar and selecting the desired range.
  • You can also include or exclude tax.
  • You can view quantities, percentages, payment types, and client information.
  • You can export the report to Excel for further analysis or to share with your accountant.


Employee performance report

This report offers insights into individual employee performance.

  • From the Menu select Reports, then select Employee performance.
  • Here you can view:
    • Service and Retail Performance: Analyse employees' performance in service and retail sales, including average ticket values, re-bookings, and upsells.
    • Retail Conversion: Assess the percentage of clients who purchased retail products.
    • Hours and Customer Visits: Review the total hours worked and the number of customer visits.

Campaign summary report

  • From the Menu select Reports, then select Campaign summary.
  • If you have marketing campaigns set up, this report provides information on their performance.
