Adding a bookmark web icon to your mobile home screen allows you to quickly access Shortcuts Aire, just like an app. Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for how to set one up!
For iOS (iPhone and iPad)
Safari Browser:
- Open Safari: Navigate to the website you want to bookmark.
- Tap the Share Button: This icon looks like a square with an upward arrow, located at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Add to Home Screen”: Scroll down the options list and tap on this option.
- Rename the Icon (Optional): A default name will appear, but you can change it to whatever you prefer.
- Tap “Add”: Your web bookmark icon will now appear on your home screen.
Google Chrome Browser:
- Open Chrome: Visit the website you wish to bookmark.
- Tap the Share Icon: This icon located at the top right corner of the screen (in your address/URL bar).
- Select “Add to Home Screen”: Tap on this option from the menu.
- Edit the Name (Optional): You can rename the icon if desired.
- Tap “Add”: Confirm by tapping “Add” again, and the bookmark will appear on your home screen.
For Android Devices
Google Chrome Browser:
- Open Chrome: Navigate to the website you want to add.
- Tap the Three-Dot Menu: This is located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select “Add to Home Screen”: From the menu options, tap on this.
