Log into Aire
Learn how to log into Aire, update your password, what to do if you're locked out and other frequently asked questions.
To access your Shortcuts Aire account:
- Enter the URL "pos.shortcutssoftware.com" in the address bar.
- OPTIONAL: Consider adding the page to your bookmarks for easier access in the future.
- Enter the username and password sent to you via email.
- Click "Login" to access your Shortcuts Aire account.
To update your password:
ℹ️ NOTE: Upon logging in for the first time, it is strongly recommended that you change your password.
- Click on the circle with your initials in the top right-hand corner.
- Select "Change Password."
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Re-enter the new password.
- Click "Done" in the bottom right-hand corner to save changes.
- After updating the password, log in again with the new password.

What if I’ve signed up for my free account, but haven’t received my login email?
Try these tips:
- Give it a couple of minutes and refresh your email inbox
- Check your junk or spam folders
- In case, you’ve entered your email incorrectly, try signing up again here.
- If you’re using an ad-blocker, try disabling it by following these instructions.
- If you’re still not getting an email and you’ve tried signing up more than once, contact us via our Shortcuts Help Bot in the bottom right-hand corner of our Help Centre.
How do I disable my ad-blocker?
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Extensions (under More Tools).
- Find your ad-blocker (e.g., AdBlock or uBlock Origin).
- Toggle the switch to off to disable it temporarily.
- Refresh the webpage to see if ads are now displayed.
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Extensions.
- Locate the ad-blocker extension in the list.
- Toggle the switch to off or click Remove to disable it.
- Refresh the webpage.
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner and go to Add-ons and Themes.
- Click on Extensions in the sidebar.
- Locate your ad-blocker and click the toggle to disable it.
- Refresh the webpage.
Disabling Ad-Blocker on a Mac
- Open Safari.
- Go to Safari > Preferences (or Settings).
- Click on the Extensions tab.
- Find the ad-blocker and uncheck its box to disable it.
- Close the settings and refresh your page.
Follow the same steps as for the PC version of Chrome or Firefox above.
Disabling Ad-Blocker on an iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- Tap Extensions or Content Blockers.
- Find the ad-blocker and toggle it off.
- Close Settings and reopen Safari to refresh the page.
- If you're using an ad-blocker app, open the app.
- Temporarily disable the ad-blocking feature in the app's settings.
- Return to your browser and refresh the page.
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Go to Site Settings > Ads.
- Ensure that Ads is set to Allowed.
- Open the ad-blocking app or settings for your browser.
- Disable the ad-blocker feature temporarily.
- Refresh the browser to allow ads.
Where can I log in?
- Go to pos.shortcutssoftware.com from any device
- Enter your registered email address and password
I already have an existing account, can I sign-up again with my original email and password?
If you’ve signed up for Shortcuts but already have an existing account with that email address, we’ll email you a link to login and pick up where you left off!My first time login is not working?
The link to login lasts 24 hours to prevent unauthorised access to your Shortcuts account. We want to make sure it’s really you! You can receive another link by signing up again here.How do I reset my password?
If you don’t know your current password: you can select the ‘Forgot password?’ link from the login screen at pos.shortcutssoftware.com. We’ll send you a recovery link to your registered email address to reset your password.
- If you know your current password: You can reset your password from your profile icon and selecting change password. You’ll be asked to enter your current password and your new password. Press Done once complete.

I’ve forgotten my username
Your username is the email address you used to sign up with Shortcuts. If you can’t find an email from us, contact us via our Shortcuts Help Bot in the bottom right-hand corner of our Help Centre.
