Set business and employee targets

Set Business Targets

• From the Menu, navigate to Employees, then select Targets setup.
• At the top of the menu, select your business name.

• You'll see six key performance indicators (KPIs) listed. The KPIs available to set targets for are:
  • Service sales
  • Retail sales
  • Rebooking
  • Customer visits
  • Average spend
  • Net sales

• You can choose to include or exclude tax from the totals.
• Select “Done” to save your changes.

Set employee Targets

• You can also set individual targets for the specified KPIs for individual employees.
• The KPIs available to set targets for are:
  • Service sales
  • Retail sales
  • Rebooking
  • Customer visits
  • Average spend
  • Net sales

• You can customise which KPIs to include based on your business needs.
• Select “Done” to save your changes.

Allow employees to view their targets

• To give employees access to view their own targets, follow the instructions on the Role Setup and Allocation help article ensuring that the level of security your employees have includes the permission for “I can view my KPIs/Targets”.
