How to create a help ticket
Need help? Learn how to create a help ticket so our team can support you.
- Go to the Shortcuts Aire Help Centre homepage.
- Locate the Shortcuts Help Bot (you may need to scroll to the bottom of your screen).
- Click on the icon to start a new chat.
- Enter your name and ask the Help Bot your question.
- When prompted with “Do you still need more help?”, select “Yes, let me try asking again”.
- Ask the Help Bot your question.
- When prompted with “Need more help? Would you like me to pass on your request to a real human?”, select “Yes please!”
- Follow the instructions from the Help Bot.
- Your ticket will be created! Our team will get back to you ASAP.
