Manage your Shortcuts Aire subscription
Learn how to view and manage the details of your Shortcuts Aire subscription.
⚠️This help article only applies to Shortcuts customers who signed up after June 2024.
Unsure if that's you? You can check by logging into your account, click on the circle with your initials in the top right-hand corner. If you can see a "Subscription" option in the menu, this article is for you.
- Access your profile by clicking on the circle with your initials in the top right-hand corner.
- Select “Subscription”.

- Here you can see a full summary of your subscription-related details including:

- The status of your subscription, active, unpaid, pending cancellation, etc.
- The number of people or team members on your plan.
- Your monthly subscription cost (excluding overages).
- You can also update your billing details and view your invoice history from this screen:
- Track your SMS usage:
- See how many SMS you have used and are remaining on your monthly plan. Once the top gauge is full you’ll be charged for overages.
- See how many days you have left on your monthly subscription in the bottom gauge.
- To change your plan or the number of people on your plan, select “Manage your plan.” Here you can see what plan you’re currently on, switch plans and change the number of people on your subscription.
